Any customer using our POU Filtration Water Coolers will be guaranteed they can "Switch-Back" to our bottled water service without any penalty... Guaranteed! Try that with the competition. They'll guarantee there will be an exorbitant cancellation fee. "The Water Guy" is flexible and provides water solutions! A typical cancellation fee with the competition could be as much as $3000 each unit.

With "The Water Guy"™ you can also use both Bottled Water and Filtration Water Coolers at the same time... WOW!

*The switch-back guarantee is our way to accommodate bottled water customers either of "The Water Guy"™ or the competition that made the switch to Filtration Water Coolers and are not satisfied. Customer can switch back to our bottled water service without any cancellation or early termination fee. The customer's commitment for bottled water service with "The Water Guy"™ will be based on the remaining term of the POU service agreement and subject to bottle deposits, standard pricing, service terms, and credit qualifiers as apply.
