The position responsibilities include professional management and growth of an assigned existing route. The RSR is responsible for growing the route through additional sales and customer retention, performing these duties in a safe manner (both inside and outside of the delivery vehicle). The physical requirements of the job include repetitive lifting of various water products, some of which weigh approximately 45 pounds each.
RSR is also responsible for creating customer loyalty by providing consistent bottled water delivery and outstanding customer service. A successful RSR builds and maintains customer relationships and offers additional products to meet customer needs, communicates well, and is very organized and able to work independently. A Commercial Drivers License for Class B vehicles and computer knowledge are preferable, but we are willing to train the right people.

The position responsibilities include cold calling commercial and residential establishments. Promoting our bottled water, coffee, and filtration services via phone, face-to-face contact, and trade shows.
The qualified candidate must be results-oriented; self motivated, and have exceptional sales ability. Strong communication (oral and written) and customer service skills are desired. The position also requires the ability to sell our full product line to increase revenue, generate and follow up on new sales leads.
