Promoting Water Through Partnership With Drink Up

drink up campaign imageWith the United States facing high rates of obesity, diabetes and heart disease, drinking water to stay healthy is more important than ever. “The Water Guy”TM has committed itself to raising awareness about drinking water and its benefits to ones health. They most recently partnered with Drink Up, a campaign formed by the Partnership for a Healthier America and the First Lady Michelle Obama. The campaign runs in line with “The Water Guy”’s commitment of encouraging people to drink more water, more often.

Drink Up is leading the nation in choosing water over other beverages. According to a Partnership for Healthier America “America’s water consumption increased by more than 68 million servings in the first half of 2014. A 3 percent lift in incremental sales of bottled water was reported in 2013 among those exposed to Drink Up’s first online ad campaign.”

“The Water Guy”TM hopes to raise awareness of this healthy initiative to current and potential customers. Drink up messaging and logos will be used to direct their drinkers to the Drink Up website, in an effort to better educate them on the importance of hydration and healthy beverage choices.
